1. Strengthening the network of electoral experts for an in-depth assessment of the 2024 European Parliament elections in all 27 EU Member States ; 2. Develop practical recommendations at European level Enable active citizens and civil society actors from all EU countries to actively participate in and contribute to the EU policy-making process and national election preparations; 3. Expand and strengthen civil society engagement in the 2024 European Parliament elections. Deepen the understanding of European electoral processes ; 4. Contribute to the fight against disinformation and other forms of interference in the electoral processes. Promote digital media literacy; 5. Encourage citizens, especially women, EU mobile citizens, youth, persons with disabilities to participate in the European elections.
